In Section 1 of this course you will cover these topics: Measuring educational constructs: basic concepts. Purposes for educational assessment. In Section 2 of this course you will cover these topics: Quality of assessment results: validity, reliability, and utility. Types of assessment tools. A process model for designing, selecting, and validating assessment tools. In Section 3 of this exam you will be evaluated on below listed topics: Specifying the construct domain. Designing or selecting written structured-response assessment tools in user path 1. Designing or selecting performance assessment tools in user path 1. In Section 4 of this course you will cover these topics: Designing or selecting affective, social-emotional, personality, and behavioral assessments in user paths 2-6. Analyzing data from assessments. In Section 5 of this course you will cover these topics: Quantitative item analysis. Quantitative evaluation of validity and reliability.
